Organizational Structure
Council
The IMMF Council is composed of one person nominated by each of the full member-organizations of the IMMF to act as their representative. The Council meets throughout the year to review the operations of the organization and set its priorities and agree the budget of the organization.
Executive Officers
The IMMF has the following officers which represent the organization and guide its actions in implementing the agenda of the organization as decided by the IMMF General Assembly and IMMF Council

Secretariat
The IMMF Secretariat is the staff of the organization and provides administrative support to the organization as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the IMMF. The Secretariat is headed by an Executive Director, who is selected or re-selected annually. The current Executive Director is Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt.
