IMMF welcomes individual members from Taiwan to the global family and supports Taiwan based artist managers

Within TAICCA’s 2020 program The International Music Managers Forum, supported by SongTrust, Field R Law and Comes with Fries digital agency; present 4 modules to prepare artist managers for the international music industry.

Created for Taiwan-based music industry professionals, the program supports the cultivation of talents and development of content as Taiwanese artists develop and brand themselves locally and around the world.

The 4 modules are: 
– The role of International artist manager
– Digital music publishing and distribution
– Legal cases related to the international music industry
– Digital Music Marketing

Each module involves a guest expert, and an overview of the subject. Themes will include Characteristics of a successful artist manager, things to pay attention to in music publishing and distribution, an introduction to Intellectual property rights, storytelling in marketing. LUCfest the leading Taiwanese industry event are supporting TAICCA and IMMF in this activity.

As the music market becomes increasingly global the cultural and innovation skills of Taiwan’s young creative sector are important participants in developing new business models and supporting artists to develop sustainable careers.
